At Philippa Roberts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include a copy of your invoice to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our Oakland studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
